The Centro de Láseres Pulsados (CLPU), a leading Spanish research infrastructure in high-intensity laser science and part of the national ICTS network, is seeking applications for the position of Head of Scientific Division. 52^nd EPS Plasma Physics Conference, 29 June - 3 July 2026, Edinburgh, UK
A Round Table discussion on “Inertial Fusion Energy: Future Prospects” will take place in Edinburgh during the EPS Conference on 2 July 2026, 13:00-14:30. The session would be chaired by the member of HiPER+ Executive Committee prof. Luca Volpe. Session will include a brief overview of the current state of inertial fusion, followed by an interactive panel and audience discussion on EU strategy, industry engagement, community synergies across plasma science, and training the next generation of researchers.

7th European Conference on Plasma Diagnostics ECPD 2027, 9-14 May 2027, Pisa, Italy. The meeting will bring together scientists & engineers working on plasma diagnostics for magnetic confinement fusion, inertial confinement fusion, beam plasmas, low-temperature and industrial plasmas as well as space and astrophysical plasmas.
