The HiPER+RF consortium will strengthen collaboration across the laser and nuclear fusion research community through strategic communication, training, and stakeholder engagement. Activities include dissemination of results, governance discussions, talent development via schools and workshops, and fostering broader cooperation within the European fusion landscape. The ultimate goal is to prepare the scientific and political foundations required for inclusion of HiPER+RF in the European Strategic Forum on Research Infrastructures (ESFRI) roadmap.This work package focuses on building long-term community support and infrastructure beyond the conceptual design phase.
